NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is 3-8C aliphatic hydrocarbon, 5-8C alicyclic hydrocarbon, aryl or aralkyl (having 1-4C alkyl); R<2> is 3-11C aliphatic hydrocarbon, 3-11C alkoxy, aliphatic hydrocarbon containing 3-11C ester bind, etc.; R<3> is 3-11C aliphatic hydrocarbon, aliphatic hydrocarbon containing 3-11C ester bond, etc.; R<4> is H, 1-12C alkyl, 1-12C alkoxy, 1-12C acyl, etc.; m and n are 0-3; m+n will not exceed 3; p is 2-13] or salt thereof.
