Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hours in the process for production by providing 2nd holes integrally passed with circuit boards, head base plates and rotary drum in the revolving shaft direction of the rotary drum and enabling the wiring of the circuit boards and the junction circuit boards through the wiring members interposed with insulator materials in said holes. CONSTITUTION:The 2nd holes 15 passed with the circuit boards 5, the head base plates 2 and the rotary drum 8 are provided in the revolving shaft 11 direction of the rotary drum 8 and to the position at one ends 6b of the parts requiring welding on the circuit boards 5. Each of the 2nd holes 15 is constituted to a hole diameter d2 at the head base plate 2 to be inserted with the insulator material 10 and the rotary drum 8 and to a hole diameter d1 smaller than the diameter d2 at the circuit board 5 to be passed only with the insulator member 7. Since metallic materials are often used for the head base plate 2 and the rotary drum 8, the insulator material is interposed therebetween for the higher effect and is projected into the hole 15a provided to the head base plate 2. The 2nd hole 15 is so formed as to meet the size of the wiring members 7 to be connected to the junction circuit board 9 if said members are of a plurality.
