Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve maintenance workability by making a nozzle main body from a material having water absorption properties wherein a sealant is not sticking. CONSTITUTION:The whole part of a nozzle main body 2 is formed by a stock such as polyacetal wherein a polyurethane-base sealant is not stuck and which has proper water absorption properties. The nozzle main body 2 is moved upward by motion of a robot in such a state that the hardened part of the sealant hung down from the opening end of the nozzle main body 2 is pinched with a clamper 4. Thereby the sealant hardened in the nozzle main body 2 is made to a rodlike body 5 and drawn out from the nozzle body 2. Therefor it is not caused that the sealant remains while being stuck on the inner wall surface of the nozzle main body 2 and the unhardened sealant is flowed out from the nozzle main body 2 and the need for cleaning operation is eliminated.
