ピストンの突出し方向と反対側の端部内に該ピス
トンの軸心と直角な方向において取付穴が設けら
れたシリンダ部と、該取付穴に軸心まわりの回転
可能に設けられ、該取付穴の外側に位置する一端
部にクランクレバーが相対回転不能に取り付けら
れ且つ該取付穴の該クランクレバー側の内周面と
その内周面と対向する該一端部側外周面との間に
シール部材が介挿されるとともに長手方向中間部
に係合凹所が形成された回転軸と、前記ピストン
と前記ピストンの突出し方向において当接させら
れるアジヤストナツトが一端側に螺合されたアジ
ヤストボルトと、該アジヤストボルトの他端部と
前記回転軸の係合凹所との間に介挿されたトグル
とを含むパーキングブレーキ機能を備えたデイス
クブレーキにおいて、 前記回転軸の係合凹所を、該回転軸の一部が前
記トグルの該回転軸軸心方向の寸法より僅かに大
きい距離に亘つて該軸心と直角な方向に切り欠か
れて形成された切欠と、該回転軸の偏心した位置
において該回転軸の軸心と平行な方向に穴加工が
施されることにより形成されて該切欠と連通する
とともに前記トグルの一端が該切欠を通して係合
させられる断面略半円形状の係合溝とから構成し
たことを特徴とするパーキングブレーキ機能を備
