Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which gives a molding having excellent friction and abrasion characteristics, a freedom in coloration, and a good surface layer, by adding a lubricating oil and a specific oil carrier to a base synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:A base synthetic resin (A) of a polyamide or a polyacetal having an MW of 50,000-70,000 is blended with a lubricating oil (B) (e.g., spindle oil) and an oil carrier (C) of vermiculite having a particle size of at most 5mm at a vol. ratio of the component B to the component C of at most 4.0cc/cc and at a vol. proportion of the component B of 3-20vol.%, followed by melt kneading with an extruder having at least 2 screw shafts.
