Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve heat radiating function by a method wherein both U-shaped bent parts provided on condensing pipes both at left and right side parts are protruded from a U-shaped channel part and a plate-shaped cabinet member where the U-shaped channel part is previously provided is molded together with the condensing pipe in a state where a part of the condensing pipe is fitted into the U-shaped groove. CONSTITUTION: A cabinet member 1 on which a U-shaped groove part 2 is formed at a front flange part is formed flat out of a metal plate and a heat radiation part 3b of a condensing pipe 3 is securely fixed on the top surface of the cabinet member 1 set flat by a highly heat conductive aluminum foil tape 5 or the like while a dew preventing part 3a of the condensing pipe 3 is fitted into the U-shaped groove part 2. U-shaped bent parts 6a and 6b are extended from the U-shaped groove part 2 at the right angle to a plate surface of the cabinet member 1. Under such a condition, the cabinet member 1 and the condensing pipe 3 are formed being bent into a front groove and finished in a shape with both side plates 1a and a bottom plate 1c connected.
