    いて、前記遮蔽板を前記配管の外周に半円筒状と
    して覆い、前記配管の周囲を円弧状に周回するた
    めの回転装置と、回転装置を支持し、案内するた
    めの案内枠を前記配管外周に取り付けたことを特
    徴とする配管遮蔽板。
