PURPOSE:To provide an excellent anticorrosive performance without degrading magnetic characteristics, by making an Fe-Nd-B plastic magnet to contain a 1-hydroxybenzotriazole compound. CONSTITUTION:A plastic magnet made of an Fe-Nd-B or an Fe-Pr-B alloy and a binder is made to contain a 1-hydroxybenzotriazole compound which is formulated by a chemical formula I in which X represents a hydrogen, an alkyl group, a nitro group or a sulfonic group, and M represents a hydrogen, an alkali metal, an alkaline earth metal or an anmonium. As a result, a corrosion preventive treatment can be obtained which can provide the magnet with a high anticorrosive performance without degrading magnetic characteristics of the magnet.
