Hereafter the captain side is selected with the key pat 7 and the information to be written is superimposed on an optional position of a screen of a video display part 4 from the key pat 7 by means of a KANA/ KANJI conversion function under the control of a video signal control part 3. Then a produced message is stored in a memory 6. The VTR side is displayed again with operation of the key pat 7 and the message is recorded on the VTR by a transfer function.
