Further, the comparison part 18 inputs a received signal 181 indicating whether or not there is a target. Then when the signal 181 indicates that the detection point is within the warning range and there is the target at the detection point, the comparison part 18 considers that the target enters the warning range and outputs a warning signal 182 to a warning generation part 19.
