CONSTITUTION:Voltages having two different frequencies f1 and f2 are continuously or intermittently are applied respectively to two-divided annular heating coils HC1 and HC2 so that a gear G is heated. when the gear G is rotated during this heating, the voltage is applied as if these different frequencies are superposed. Further when frequencies f1 end f2 suitable for a module are selected end the number of revolutions suitable for a diameter of the gear G is selected, temperatures of respective parts of the gear G are uniformly heated at the same time. Hence, a prescribed heating depth can be obtained in a short time.
