CONSTITUTION:A recording video signal, in which a synchronizing burst signal is removed, is outputted in a gate circuit 9 and the burst synchronizing signal is sampled and outputted in a gate circuit 10. After a recording video signal (f) outputted from the gate circuit 9 is FM-modulated by an FM modulator 11, it is added to a burst synchronizing multiplexing circuit 13. On the other hand, a burst synchronizing signal (g), which is the output of the gate circuit 10, is added to a level adjustor 12 and after the recording level of the burst synchronizing signal is adjusted, the signal (g) is added to the burst synchronizing multiplexing circuit 13. Then, it goes to be an FM signal (h) and a frequency multiplexing signal which is frequency-multiplexed. Thus, the frequency deviation of a video signal part can be enlarged and recorded and the S/N can be easily improved.
