第１図は本考案の一実施例としての鋼板製Ｖベ
ルト車を示す断面図、第２図と第３図はそれぞれ
ベルト溝の転造装置を示す正面図と断面図、第４
図は従来例を示す鋼板製Ｖベルト車の断面図であ
る。図において、１はホイール部、２はボス、３
は溶接、６，７は転造ダイス、９，１０は転造ロ
ーラである。なお、図中同一符号は、同一又は相
当部分を示す。

Claims (1)
- 機械加工されたボス、このボスに嵌合溶接され
、外周にＶ形のベルト溝を二枚一組で構成する円
形の鋼板とからなり、上記ベルト溝は、ボスに溶
接され転造ダイスで両側を拘束された上記鋼板の
合わせ目に転造ローラによつて形成されているこ
とを特徴とする鋼板製Ｖベルト車。
