一対の電極取付部およびその両端外周部に設けら
れた一対の配管接続用フランジを有しかつ絶縁ラ
イニングを内周面に施してなる測定管と、この測
定管のフランジ間の外周部に対向して付設される
一対の励磁コイルと、これら励磁コイルを覆うよ
うに前記測定管外周部を囲繞して配設される筒状
ケースとを備え、前記測定管の電極取付部外周面
およびフランジ内側面に、前記ケースを溶接して
固定するための突出片を設けたことを特徴とする
