Abstract
PURPOSE:To definitely recognize locational interrelation between a blood vessel isthmus and a direct fluoroscopic image, by providing a means for collecting images before and after contrast production of the blood vessel including the blood vessel isthmus and an actual X-ray fluoroscopic image, a recording means, a subtraction means, an addition means and a display means. CONSTITUTION:Contrast production of a blood vessel of a subject is carried out, data of its X-ray fluoroscopic image is digitized to be sent to a recording means 2, and the image data of the X-ray fluoroscopic image is recorded in a memory 9 for a masked image based on an indication of an image recording indicator 11. Image data of an X-ray fluoroscopic image wherein a blood vessel isthmus is most definitely photographed are recorded in contrast image memories 10a, 10b,... and 10n, the recorded image data is sent to a subtraction means 4 by sending instantly an output signal for indicating recording into contrast image memories 10a, 10b,..., and 10n from an image recording indicator 11, and it is sent to an addition means 5 after being subjected to subtraction. Addition is effected for those in which heartbest phase corresponds to each other, and the result is successively sent to a D/A converter 15 to be converted into analog signals, which is sent to a TV monitor 16. Location of a blood vessel isthmus of the subject can be thereby definitely recognized on an actual x-ray fluoroscopic image.
