Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce a time necessary for correcting unbalance of a rotating body by computing an injection time of a balance weight liquid according to a vibrational displacement due to rotation of the rotating body, a proportional factor of an injection quantity of the liquid with respect to this displacement, and a rotational period of the rotating body, and injection the liquid. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of circular liquid pockets 3 are provided around a rotary shaft 2 of a rotating body 1. An unbalance mass of the rotating body 1 is computed by measuring a vibrational displacement due to rotation of the rotating body 1. A balance weight liquid is injected from a nozzle 50 to the liquid pocket 3 near a position 180 deg. apart from the unbalance mass, so as to correct unbalance of the rotating body 1. A proportional factor of an injection quantity of the balance weight liquid with respect to the vibrational displacement is preset, and a pulse signal synchronous with rotation of the rotating body 1 is generated. A rotational period of the rotating body 1 is computed from the pulse signal, and an injection time of the balance weight liquid is computed from the vibrational displacement, the proportional factor and the rotational period. Thus, a unit injection quantity is increased at an initial stage where the unbalance is large.
