Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the separation at the adhesive interface between FRP resin base material and resin outer layer material from occurring by a method wherein the FRP resin base material and the resin outer layer material are joined to each other through a reticulated sheet-like material made of glass fiber. CONSTITUTION:A glasspaper 5 is pasted onto a formed FRP resin base material 3 before the FRP resin base material 3 hardens. After the hardening of the FRP resin base material 3, the outer surface of the pasted glasspaper 5 is coated and impregnated with resin outer layer material 4 and, before said material 4 hardens, glass powder 6 is blasted or dusted onto the material 4. After the hardening of the material 4 under the above-mentioned condition, loosely adhered glass powder 6 is removed by being blasted off, brushed off or the like. Further, resin outer layer material 4 is applied on the glasspaper, from which loosely adhered powder is removed, and re-hardened.
