Abstract

CONSTITUTION: This fabric for molding is obtained by using a polyester filament yarn which is a low oriented and partly undrawn filament yarn mainly comprising an ethylene terephthalate unit having >=10 undrawn parts/m in the longitudinal direction of the polyester filament, 0-0.3 structure integrating parameter ε0.2 and 1.365 g/cm<3> average density. The undrawn parts in the longitudinal direction of the filament yarn is preferably expressed by installing a pin between rollers and drawing at a low magnification. The structure integrating parameter is brought into the said range by preferably spinning the said thread in a high speed of 2,000-4,000 m/min.
