Abstract
PURPOSE:To change the speed of a driven rotary shaft for lessening the loss of power transmission and simplifying construction by transmitting the swing of a swing lever converted from the rotation of a driving rotary shaft to the one-way rotation of a driven rotary shaft through an one-way clutch and providing the fulcrum of swing lever movably. CONSTITUTION:When a screw shaft 12 of a speed change regulator 11 is rotated, the fulcrum 7 of a swing lever 6 is also moved along the side face of an one- way clutch 5 as the base 13 of a link boom 16 moves. Under the condition shown by the solid line, the distal end 10 of swing lever 6 connected to a connecting lever 3 is located at the nearest position to a fit piece 9 and the reciprocating stroke of connecting lever 3 provides the reciprocating pivoting of fit piece 9 as it is, so that a power transmitting angle alpha given to the one-way clutch 5 is maximized. Also, when the base 13 is located at the other end of screw shaft 12, the fulcrum 7 of swing lever 6 is located concentrically with the support shaft 8 of fit piece 9 so that only the support shaft 8 reciprocates and rotates without any rotation of fit piece 9 and power transmission to a driven rotary shaft 4.
