Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a piezo-electric element from being deformed or damaged, by converting a discharged pressure which is generated when the piezo-electric element is vibrated, into a displacement of a movable member so as to operate a main valve for changing over the flow passage. CONSTITUTION:A piezo-electric element 24 is energized so as to be vertically vibrated, a discharge pressure is generated. This discharge pressure is discharged through a discharge passage 29 and a check valve 30 into a space 23a whose fluid pressure is increased, causing a diaphragm 25 and a nozzle opening and closing part 34 is depressed downward. When the diaphragm 25 is depressed so as to close a nozzle 8a, main valves 13, 14 are depressed by a fluid pressure to change over the fluid passage.
