第１図は、本考案を実施する一形式の車上電気
装置の一部を示す電気回路図である。第２図は、
第１図の回路のレベル変換特性を示すグラフであ
る。第３図は、レベル変換回路の１つの変形例を
示す電気回路図である。 １０：レベル変換回路、Ｄ１：ダイオード（第
２組のダイオード）、Ｄ２，Ｄ３：ダイオード（
第１組のダイオード）、ＺＤ：ツエナーダイオー
ド、ＳＥＮ：センサ、ＣＰＵ：マイクロコンピユ
ータ、ＰＳ：定電圧電源。
装置の一部を示す電気回路図である。第２図は、
第１図の回路のレベル変換特性を示すグラフであ
る。第３図は、レベル変換回路の１つの変形例を
示す電気回路図である。 １０：レベル変換回路、Ｄ１：ダイオード（第
２組のダイオード）、Ｄ２，Ｄ３：ダイオード（
第１組のダイオード）、ＺＤ：ツエナーダイオー
ド、ＳＥＮ：センサ、ＣＰＵ：マイクロコンピユ
ータ、ＰＳ：定電圧電源。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 出力端子と接地側端子との間に実質上一定
の電流を流す定電流回路； 前記出力端子と前記接地側端子との間に接続さ
れ、両端子間の電圧が所定以上になると導通する
少なくとも１つのダイオードを備える第１のダイ
オード回路；及び 少なくとも１つのダイオードを備え前記出力端
子に電流を供給する、第２のダイオード回路；
を備えるレベル変換回路。 (2) 前記第１のダイオード回路は、ツエナーダ
イオードを含む、前記実用新案登録請求の範囲第
(1)項記載のレベル変換回路。 (3) 前記第１のダイオード回路は互いに直列に
接続された複数のダイオードを含む前記実用新案
登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載のレベル変換回路。 (4) 前記第２のダイオード回路は、直流電源ラ
インに一端が接続された抵抗器、該抵抗器の他端
と接地線との間に電圧に対して順方向の極性で互
いに直列に接続された複数でなる第１組のダイオ
ード、及び前記抵抗器の他端にアノードが接続さ
れカソードが前記出力端子に接続された第２組の
ダイオードを備える、前記実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項、第(2)項又は第(3)項記載のレベル変
換回路。
