Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the control of operating conditions and improve quality by forming an organic single molecular accumulation film containing a metallic element on a substrate, heat-treating and forming a superconductive film. CONSTITUTION:In the case a single molecular film is formed by the Langmuir project method, organic single molecular accumulation films containing metallic elements for forming a superconductor on a substrate are formed by accumulating the single molecular films by the number corresponding to the composition ratio of the elements in the superconductive film intended to obtain by retaining the metallic elements necessary for constituting the superconductive films in the single molecular films. The single molecular accumulation film formed is then heat-treated to a temperature at which organic compounds contained are decomposed and a required metallic oxide superconductive film is formed from the retained metallic elements. This facilitates the control of operating conditions and makes it possible to form a superconductive film of excellent quality.
