As shown in Publication No. 61577, hot air for drying wood stored in a drying chamber is circulated through channels inside the chamber, and humidity and temperature are adjusted during the process to achieve optimal drying conditions. There is a method that attempts to perform efficient drying by creating a drying method.

By drying only the inside of the wood, cracks are likely to occur inside the wood, which greatly affects the strength of the wood.
If such wood is used as a support, there is a risk of unexpected situations such as damage to the support, and the surface will not be dried at all, which is far from achieving the uniform drying of the entire wood. It was technical.

It has been impossible to dry the core of the wood substantially uniformly at the same speed as the surface, and it has been impossible to avoid cracks in the wood.

A drying partition plate is erected at one end of the hollow long pillars to be stacked, and the drying chamber is divided by the partition plate. In addition, the partition plate has a hollow feed hole for sending hot air into the hollow part of the hollow long pillars. and an outer periphery feed hole for sending hot air to the outer periphery of the long column material, and the configuration is such that the amount of hot air from the former hole is larger than the amount of hot air from the latter hole. An object of the present invention is to provide an artificial dryer for long column materials, characterized in that the drying speed of the column is slower than that of the hollow section.

Among the holes, one type of hole communicates with the hollow part of the hollow long column material, and the other type of hole communicates with the outer space of the same column material, and hot air is sent from each hole. In this case, since the amount of hot air from the former hole is larger than the amount of hot air from the latter hole, the drying speed of the outer peripheral part of the hollow long column material is slower than that of the hollow part, and there is a risk of drying cracks occurring on the surface. The outside and the inside dry at almost the same speed, and since the inside and outside are dried, the drying time is also faster.

The drying room is formed with double walls, and the original drying room is formed in the outer corridor drying room, and inside the drying room, there are hollow long pillars whose cores are pre-drilled to form hollow parts. 2 are stacked and housed, and a certain space is formed between the outer periphery of the drying room and the outer drying room to form a hot air flow path 4. At one end of the flow path 4, there is a hot air flow path 4. An electric heater 3 is installed, and a fan 1 is installed at the other end.

This is a hole for sending hot air into the outer periphery of the material 2, that is, into the drying chamber, and the hole 8 is bored at a position corresponding to the gap between the stacked pillar materials 2 of the same length and communicates with the main drying chamber.

The hollow feed holes 7 of the partition plate 6 are brought into contact with the plate surface of the partition plate 6 to communicate with the hollow parts of the same long pillars 2, and the gaps between the long pillars 2, that is, inside the drying chamber. The outer peripheral feed holes of the partition plate 6 are kept in communication. Next, when the air heated by the electric heater 3 flows into the drying chamber as hot air, the hot air flows inward from the holes 7 and 8 of the drying partition plate 6 in the drying chamber. , hot air flows through the hollow part of the hollow long column material 2 and its outer periphery, and in particular, since the diameter of the hollow part feed hole 7 is larger than the outer peripheral part feed hole 8, the hollow part of the long column material is drier than the outer circumference part. The speed becomes faster, and faster drying is performed from the hollow part of the wood toward the outer surface, while the outer periphery is also simultaneously dried by the hot air.

果を有するものである。 Generally, when the hollow and outer parts of wood are dried with the same amount of heat, the moisture that evaporates from the drying of the hollow parts accumulates in the hollow parts, and the drying progress is slower than that of the outer parts.
On the other hand, the outer peripheral surface of wood dries quickly and cracks are likely to occur due to this difference in drying balance. However, in the present invention, since the outer peripheral part is made to dry more slowly than the hollow part, the drying balance between the inside and outside is improved. In addition, since it dries from the inside and outside at the same time, the drying time is short and cracks do not occur due to drying.
