CONSTITUTION:A heat slinger 21 of a heating element 20 is formed with a radiator core 22 made of alumina, and this radiator core 22 is formed into a similar figure somewhat larger than a heating unit element 4. Next, the radiator core 22 is fitted in a support hole 24 of a support plate 23, the heating element 20, an electrode 7 and the heat slinger 21 are stacked, forming a laminate 9. And, avoiding the element 4, the electrode 7, the radiator core 22, there is provided with a bolt hole 30, and the whole body is clamped in the stacking direction by a bolt 31 and a nut 32 via this bolt hole 30.
