Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the noise of electronic equipments, and to prevent malfunctions of other electronic equipments due to noise by blending a magnetic material and carbon fines to an organic polymer hardly having shielding characteristics at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:Cable shielding beads are composed of 50-90wt.% powder of the metal of an iron family or a compound thereof, a 35-9wt.% organic high molecular material and 15-1wt.% carbon fines. A Mn-zn or Ni-Zn ferrite is used as the metal of the iron family, etc., and a thermoplastic resin, a thermo- setting resin or a synthetic resin as the organic high molecular material. A modified thermoplastic resin acquired by employing an unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof and modifying the thermoplastic resin is proper in the organic high molecular material. Accordingly, the noise of electronic equipments are prevented, and the malfunctions of other electronic equipments due to noises are obviated.
