PURPOSE:To recognize the number of times of incoming calls and the presence or absence of incoming calls during absence by providing an incoming call counter counting the number of times of the incoming calls. CONSTITUTION:When an incoming call detection circuit 2 detects an incoming call, an incoming call counter 3 outputs a detection signal. The counter 3 counts up sequentially the count by using the detection signal. A decoder 4 decodes the output of the counter 3, sends a signal corresponding to an incoming call at the arrival of one incoming call and lights a lamp integrated in, e.g., dial 1 via a buffer circuit 6. Thus, numerals 1-9 are used to display the number of times of an incoming call up to 9 times. When the number of times of incoming calls is 10 or above, a latch circuit 8 latches the 10th information to light a lamp '*' to extinguish the lamps other than the lamp mark with '*'.
