On the other hand, convex and concave parts are formed in the upper portion of the set screws 31 for preventing the releasing of adhesive, and the lower portion of the set screws is screwed into the crosshead 13. And the adhesive 32 is injected into the through holes 30a of the porous body 30, and the adhesive is filled respectively in the upper portion of the set screws 31 and the through holes 30a of the porous body 30. The porous body 30 can therefore be positively fixed to the crosshead 13 and the floating of the porous body can be prevented.
