分）、４は熱溶融層（第２成分）、５は熱融着性
複合繊維である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 軸の端部に綿状の繊維を巻き付けて繊維塊を
    構成してなるものにおいて、前記繊維塊を構成す
    る繊維のうちの少なくとも一部に、表面に熱溶融
    層を備える熱融着性複合繊維が使用され、この熱
    融着性複合繊維が互いに熱融着状態とされている
    ことを特徴とする綿棒。 ２ 軸の端部に綿状の繊維を巻き付けて繊維塊を
    構成してなるものにおいて、前記繊維塊を構成す
    る繊維を互いに熱融着状態とされた熱融着性複合
    繊維から構成し、この熱融着性複合繊維を、繊維
    形成性重合体から成る第１成分と、融点が前記第
    １成分よりも２０°Ｃ以上低い繊維形成性重合体
    から成る第２成分とを、第２成分の繊維断面円周
    率が５０〜１００％となるように並列型又は鞘芯
    型に配して構成したことを特徴とする綿棒。 ３ 軸の端部に綿状の繊維を巻き付けて繊維塊を
    構成してなるものにおいて、前記繊維塊を構成す
    る繊維のうち１０重量％以上を互いに熱融着状態
    とされた熱融着性複合繊維とし、残りを合成繊維
    又は天然繊維から構成し、前記熱融着性複合繊維
    を、繊維形成性重合体から成る第１成分と、融点
    が前記第１成分よりも２０°Ｃ以上低い繊維形成
    性重合体から成る第２成分とを、第２成分の繊維
    断面円周率が５０〜１００％となるように並列型
    又は鞘芯型に配して構成したことを特徴とする綿
    棒。
