Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve construction processability and strength of lining-treated pipe paths, by forming a spiral pipe by winding spirally a lining sheet on a pipe manufacturing machine, forming a lining pipe paths consisting of at least two layer spiral pipes in an existing pipe and filling a backing material into a gap between the existing pipe and the spiral pipe. CONSTITUTION:A pressing and transferring roll 41 of a pipe manufacturing machine 1 is set on a circumference fitted with an inner diameter of an existing pipe 2. A synthetic resin lining sheet 10 is fed on the pressing and transferring roll 41 from a feeding machine temporarily set. A spiral pipe 1 of the first layer is formed by winding spirally the sheet and the spiral pipe 1 is inserted through the existing pipe 2. In the same way, while a spiral pipe 1' of the second layer is being formed, the spiral pipe 1' is inserted through the spiral pipe 1 of the first layer. Backing material 3 is filled into a gap between the existing pipe 2 and the spiral pipe 1 of the first layer. As the backing materials, cement, mortal, resin concrete and so on are used.
