Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain output of a large temp. coefft. by connecting the one input terminal of a differential amplifier to the output terminal of a temp. sensor circuit consisting of a temp. sensor current source and a resistor connected between said source and the ground and connecting plural pieces of diodes between the other input terminal and the ground in series in the same direction.
CONSTITUTION: The one input terminal of the differential amplifier A1 is connected to the output terminal of the temp. sensor circuit consisting of the temp. sensor current source W1 and the resistor R1 connected between said sensor and the ground. Further, plural pieces of the diodes D1WDm are connected in series in the same direction between the other input terminal of the amplifier A1 and the ground. Since the forward voltages of the respective diodes have about -2mV/°C temp. coefft., the temp. coefft. over the entire part is increased by addition of the temp. coeffts. by the diodes D1WDm.
