Abstract

The treating part 14 is constituted by extending a shaft of transversely sending screw in a case 17, radically providing a number of rotating funs 15 to the shaft, projecting each a number of treating teeth 16 along the shaft direction in these rotating funs 15 and simultaneously planting a number of receiving blades 24 into the inner wall of the case 17 so that the tips of the blades enter between rotating loci of treating teeth 16.
