Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide production of a frozen cake containing any of various flavors with adaptability, by setting a control part capable of freely selecting one from plural favor lines and feeding a flavor to plural cooling cylinders. CONSTITUTION:A raw material for frozen cake is fed from a tank 5 to a cooling cylinder 9 to produce frozen cake by a pump 8 and flavors are sent from plural flavor tanks 4 to the cylinder by a pump 10. A desired pump is selected from the plural pump 10 and operated. Plural cooling cylinders 9 of this kind are set and the raw material is fed to the cylinders while switching.
