Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the dust collecting characteristic by making a dust collection section communicate with a ventilation path through an auxiliary passage opened or closed by a shielding plate. CONSTITUTION: The rotary shaft 45 of a scratching plate 32 is deleted by the size A in the longitudinal direction nearly at the center section at the relation of A>B, where B is the width of the opening section 39 of an auxiliary passage 40.
