Abstract

PURPOSE:To file sheets accurately and surely through a simple structure by employing a portion substantially integral with a reference member for matching a sheet to be contained in a bin as a positioning portion of filing tool. CONSTITUTION:A sheet S discharged onto a pin B' is matched along a sheet matching reference portion 19c of a bin frame 19 positioned at a frame guide 77. When the sheet S if filed, a motor stapler 55 is moved to a filing position and contacted/positioned with/by the frame guide 77 for guiding/positioning the sheet matching reference portion 19c so as to file the sheet S contained in the bin B'. Consequently, the filing position of the motor stapler 55 can be positioned at a predetermined position of the sheet S through a simple structure thus enabling accurate and sure positioning of sheet S.
