(Conventional technology and its problems) Conventionally, in the case of intravenous drips, the auxiliary liquid in a bottle and the drug in an ampoule are mixed in the hospital room, but the bottle containing the auxiliary liquid and the ampoule containing the drug are usually separated. managed and handled. For this reason, when preparing infusions for several people at once, there is a risk of making a mistake in the combination of the auxiliary fluid and the medicine when mixing the auxiliary fluid and the medicine in the hospital room. There is also a type of ampoule that is placed in a card box with a box attached to the mouth of the auxiliary liquid bottle (Utility Model Publication No. 153795/1979), but because there is no lid, it is easy to mix up the ampoule, or when the bottle is put on the bottle. There was a risk that it would become stable.

(Means to solve the problem) However, this invention is designed to fit into the mouth of the bottle into the protrusion at the top of one side of the bag, which is sized so that the bottom of the bag is almost at the same height as the bottom of the bottle during use. A hole is provided on the other side, and a slit is provided in the protruding part of the other side to pass through the upper part of the one side, and fields for entering the patient's name, department name, and other information are provided on the outside of the other side. By fitting the hole of the bag containing the ampoule into the mouth of the bottle containing the auxiliary liquid used for the patient's infusion, the bottle containing the auxiliary liquid and the ampoule containing the drug can be integrated for each patient. The above-mentioned conventional problems have been solved. In particular, if the protrusion on one side of the bag is inserted through the slit on the other side, and then the hole in the bag is hung over the bottle, there is an advantage that the opening of the bag is closed and the contents of the ampoule are stabilized.

The free piece 1a of the front wall 1 is provided with a hole 5 that fits into the mouth of the bottle 4 containing auxiliary liquid, and the lower part of the free piece 2a of the back wall 2 is provided with a slit 6.
The free pieces 1a of the front and back sides 1 can be inserted therethrough. Reference numeral 7 in the figure is a memo field in which necessary items such as patient name, time, amount, type, and injection site of infusion are entered. If the film surface is made of a material that is difficult to write on with a pencil or ballpoint pen, the memo field 7 can be used as a memo field by applying white silk printing or by attaching a paper sticker. In the above embodiment, the bag was made of transparent synthetic resin film, but whether it is transparent or not,
Also, there are no limitations on the material of the bag.

Next, a method of using the mixed injection management bag 8 shown in the above embodiment will be explained. After storing the ampoule 9 containing the specified medicine into the mixed injection management bag 8 and writing the specified information in the memo field 7, insert the free piece 1a of the front wall 1 into the slit 6 of the back wall 2 (see the arrow in Fig. 3). Figure 10) Protrude toward the back wall 2 (as shown by chain lines in Figure 3). Next, the free piece 2a of the back wall 2 is folded back downward (arrow 11 in FIG. 3), the memo field 7 is turned to the front, and the hole 5 of the free piece 1a is inserted into the medicine-filled ampule stored in the management bag 8. 9 and fit into the mouth of the bottle 4 containing the auxiliary liquid to be combined with the bottle 9.

If the vertical length of the mixed injection management bag 8 of this invention is made approximately equal to the height of the bottle 4 when attached to the bottle,
When the mixed injection management bag 8 is attached to the bottle 4 and the bottle 4 is placed on the table, the bottom of the mixed injection management bag 8 is also supported on the table, resulting in good stability and the stability of the bottle 4. It can also be used as a stopper.

Furthermore, since a memo field 7 is provided, necessary information can be recognized at a glance, which not only reduces the risk of mixing up drugs, but also eliminates the need to write directly on the bottle 4 with oil-based ink, etc., as in the past.

(Effect of the invention) In other words, according to this invention, it is possible to store the drug-containing ampoule in the mixed injection management bag and attach the mixed injection management bag to the bottle, so that the auxiliary liquid bottle and the drug-filled ampoule can be stored in one bag. It can be managed and handled as one set for each batch. Therefore, there is no risk of making a mistake in the combination of the auxiliary fluid and the drug. Furthermore, one wall of the bag is provided with a hole for fitting into the bottle neck, and the opposite wall is provided with a slit through which the surface with the hole is inserted, so that the mouth of the bag is closed when attached to a bottle. This also has the effect of stabilizing the ampoule and eliminating the risk of storing another ampoule in the mixed injection management bag once set. In addition, by making the bag the same height as the bottle, the bag supports the bottle and has the effect of increasing the stability of the bottle during transportation.
