Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently execute push-in mounting of a spring clip for binding a rail by a mounting device by providing clip engaging parts at the lower ends of a pair of arms whose centers are pivotally supported and providing the mounting device provided with a driving device at the upper ends of the arms. CONSTITUTION: Clip engaging parts 6 to be engaged with the outer end parts of the spring clips 5 for binding the rail of a push-in mounting type arranged on both sides of a rail flange 4 are provided at the lower end parts of a pair of push-in arms 3 arranged in the width direction of a rail 2 mounted on a sleeper 1. Then, the intermediate parts of the respective arms 3 are pivotally mounted by pivots 8 and the upper parts of the arms are connected by a driving device for rotating push-in arms 9. Thus, the respective arms 3 mutually support the fastening reaction force of each other to push-in-mounting the spring clip by simple constitution.
