にした油こし器において、前記濾過ポツトの底壁
に前記油ポツト側へ向けて突出状態に形成された
凹没部と、この凹没部の底壁部に形成された複数
の孔と、活性炭粉末を不織布製のカバーで覆つて
構成され前記凹没部内に着脱自在に装着されるフ
イルタとを具備してなることを特徴とする油こし
器。 (2) 前記カバーは、耐熱性合成樹脂繊維の不織
布で有底筒状に形成された第１のカバー片と耐熱
性合成樹脂繊維の不織布で形成され上記第１のカ
バー片の開口部を蓋する第２のカバー片とで構成
され、上記第１のカバー片の開口縁部と上記第２
のカバー片の周縁部との重合部分が熱融着で封止
