CONSTITUTION:When a downward misalignment is caused on the spindle penetrating the hole 17 of a spindle supporting member 11, the side face 14b of the recessed part 14 of the supporting member 11 is moved downwards. However, a collar 31 is fixed by the step part 26 of a fixed shaft 28 and nut 33 and the end face 31a of the collar 31 is not moved. A washer 36 exists at the original position therefore. On the other hand, when the side face 14a of the recessed part 14 is moved downwards, a washer 35 is pushed by the side face 14a and moved downwards although the collar 29 is fixed. A spring 37 is compressed by the side face 14a of the recessed part 14 and the end face 31a of a collar 31. A compression force is therefore exerted on the spring 37 and the misalignment caused on the spindle is returned to the initial position by the repulsion force of the spring 37.
