Abstract

PURPOSE:To bend a pipe with good accuracy without generating a wrinkle by inserting the pipe to be worked between the driving forming roll and driven forming roll on which a semi-circular groove is provided on the outer periphery and advancing the bending roll of which U groove is provided on the outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A driving roll 1 is provided with a semi-circular groove 2 on the outer periphery and a driven forming roll 3 is provided with the semi-circular groove 4 in the same dimension as of the semi-circular groove 2 on the outer periphery and opposed at the lower side of the driving roll 1 by abutting thereto.
