Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the additional efficiency and to improve the working environment by arranging a fine pipe in a pouring trough, also arranging an air-tight hopper for supplying inoculant and injecting the inoculant to near end part of the trough at the fixed quantity and low pressure. CONSTITUTION:An air-tight vessel 1 for storing the inoculant I and also the air-tight hopper 2 are arranged, and the fixed quantity discharging device 3 for supplying the inoculant I from the vessel 1 into the hopper 2 by every the fixed quantities is arranged. Further, in the fine pipe 4 arranging along the pouring trough 5, a secondary air supplying pipe 10 is set. The inoculant I is supplied to the fine pipe 4 by pressure air from a first air supplying pipe 7 and transported by low pressure stream of the secondary air supplying pipe 10 as powdery body. By this method, as the powder transportation is executed in the fine pipe 4 having small diameter by low pressure at every the fixed quantities, the additional efficiency of the inoculant I is improved. Spout of the powder at the end part of the pouring trough is prevented because of the low pressure, and the working environment is improved.
