Abstract
PURPOSE:To make is possible to safely brake and stop a working vehicle by enabling a friction means for effecting a friction force for sustaining a continuously variable transmission in a transmitting condition instructed by an operating means overcoming an urging force, to be changed over in a friction force decreasing direction during operation of a running brake. CONSTITUTION:A hydraulic continuously variable transmission 5 for running a working vehicle is urged into a neutral condition by a neutrally urging means, and is adapted to be speed-changed by operation of an operating means A composed of a speed change pedal and a manual lever 16 through a linkage means B. The linkage means B is composed of a linkage rod 10 for interlocking the speed change pedal with a link 9, a clutch mechanism 20 and the like. Further, there is provided a friction means C for applying a friction force for sustaining the continuously variable transmission 5 in a transmitting condition instructed by the operating means A, to a support member 17 of the manual lever 16. In this arrangement, the friction means C is arranged such that it is associated with the operation of the running brake pedal so as to be changed over into a friction force decreasing direction by means of an operating means D including a linkage rod 39.
