Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 水分に吸収されない光波長からなる基準光と、
水分に吸収される光波長からなる測定光とを交互
に測定気体に照射し、この測定気体内を通過する
ことにより光減衰した前記基準光及び測定光のそ
れぞれの反射光を受光素子で併せて検出し、 この検出値を演算して前記測定気体内の湿度を
測定しうる光学式湿度測定装置にあつて、 入光方向を変化させるとその反射光の光減衰度
に差が生じる較正用プリズム状吸光部材を前記装
置の光照射部に着脱自在に取付け可能とし、 該較正用プリズム状吸光部材に対し、入光方向
を変化させて前記光照射部からの基準光、測定光
を照射すると共にそれらの反射光を検出して演算
し、光学式湿度測定装置の自動較正を可能として
なることを特徴とする光学式湿度測定装置の自動
較正装置。
