Abstract
PURPOSE:To simply a manufacturing process and to obtain a sheet like ion sensor usable in many kinds of fields, by providing an ion carrier layer on the redox function layer formed to the surface of a conductive substrate through an adhesive layer and forming the whole into a sheet shape. CONSTITUTION:A redox function layer 2 is formed on a conductive film 1 being conductive substrate by an electrolytic polymerization method. Continuously, an ion carrier layer 3 preformed into a sheet shape by a casting method, an injection molding method or a paste resin method is bonded and fixed to said layer 2 using an adhesive 4 to form an ion sensor. By forming the ion sensor into a film shape, the degree of freedom in the shape of the sensor becomes large and this sensor can be used in many kinds of fields. Further, since a manufacturing process is simplified, the automation of manufacturing can be achieved.
