Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with a display means 13 displaying how plural areas in the memory 12 arranged on the side of the main device for registering data in the plural areas are registered, and a transfer destination specifying means 14 specifying a transfer destination of data in each area registered in the memory 12. The transfer destination specifying means 14 is equipped with an en masse specifying means and an individual specifying means: the former is used to transfer data stored in the memory 12 en masse to a storage medium 10, and the latter is used to specify data in one-area units and transfer data. The display means 13 displays how areas are registered with sentences, numerics and pictographs. Thus data stored in memory in one-area units can be transferred in desired fashion to other places.
