Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable winding by machine, enlarging the section area of a heat emitting wire, and enhance the operating easiness and reliability by making a core for formation of a heat emitting body in the form of a channel, and forming the inside and outside of the winding of heat emitting wire either straight or curved. CONSTITUTION:The heat emitting part 3 of a heat diffuser plate is set under a heat transmitting plate 1 while the pressing boss 13D of a back-face member 1 is inserted in a hole of heat emitting plate 5, and they are placed on a trapezoidal part 13A. The side wall face 6 of this plate 5 is put in contact with the inner surface of the side wall face 1B of the plate 1, and the oversurface of the trapezoidal part 13A is put in pressure contact with the rear surface of the heat transmitting plate 1. Ring- shaped flanges 1A and 13B of the two plates 1 and 5 are put in pressure contact, and the plate 1 is welded fast to a member 12, to constitute a heat emitting body. When a heat emitting wire 9 of a channel-shaped core 8 of a heat emitting board 7 is to be wound, the two edge members of the core 8 which form a heat emitting wire winding 14, form a straight line. Heat diffusing plates 4, 5 forming the back-face member 12 have holes in respective centers, and arranged with a square profile so as to form a hole in the center at the time of fitting.
