Abstract

PURPOSE:To omit the implementation of the wire shape of a superconductive material, by preparing a discontinuous ring shaped base material, in which a part is cut out, and forming a film of a superconductive material of composite oxide including CuxOy group on the surface of the base material. CONSTITUTION:A ring shaped base material 1 comprising copper and the like, in which a part is cut out, is prepared. A film 2 of a superconductive material of composite oxide comprising CuxOy group is formed on the surface of the base material 1 by a flame coating method or an evaporating method. A plurality of the superconductive coils A, which are manufactured in this way, are laminated. The coils are connected with lead wires. Thus a powerful electromagnetic coil can be obtained. In this way, the superconductive coil can be readily manufactured without implementing the wire shape of the superconductive material.
