より、上記増速装置９の切換レバー１７を回動さ
せて同増速装置９を等速作動状態から増速作動状
態に切換えるように構成した速比切換機構１９に
おいて、 上記切換レバー１７の先端にプツシユロツド２
０を摺動自在に挿通し、同ロツド２０に切換レバ
ー１７側からスプリング受体２４、スプリング２
５、スラストワツシヤー２６を上記の順で遊嵌し
て、スラストワツシヤー２６をプツシユロツド２
０に螺着した調節機構２７で固定したことを特徴
とする操向輪増速装置の速比切換機構における緩
