Claims (1)
- 底部に第１の試料露出窓を有するケーシングと
、該ケーシング内に径方向に移動可能な複数分割
されたスライドプレートと、該ケーシングの上方
を被覆するとともに第２の試料露出窓を有するカ
バーとを備え、該ケーシング内側面と該スライド
プレート外側面間で試料を挟持するようにし、か
つ、該ケーシング或いは該カバーの略中心位置に
積層方向に移動可能で該スライドプレートの内側
面と当接可能な作動ネジを設けるとともに、該ス
ライドプレートと該作動ネジの当接面の少なくと
も一方をテーパ状に形成してなることを特徴とす
る蒸着治具。
