PURPOSE:To ensure yarns travelling in high speed to be readily subjected to the titled treatment, by bundling a plural of travelling yarns under specified conditions to hook said yarns on a yarn deposit guide followed by returning the bundling members to the original position along with actuation of the titled treatment apparatus. CONSTITUTION:First, a plural of yarns Y1-Yn travelling in high speed are bundled to a point A near the central zone of the yarn route followed by shift to a position where a yarn cutting and suctioning treatment apparatus consisting of yarn suction device 1 and cutter 2 and a yarn deposit guide 3 are set up so as not to contacting said yarns Y1-Yn near the point A. Thence, these yarns Y1-Yn are hooked as a group on the guide 3 followed by returning the bundling members 4, 4', 5, 5', 6 used to the original position along with actuation of the device 1 and the cutter 2, thus carrying out the objective cutting and suctioning treatment of said yarns Y1-Yn.
