Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the titled yarn readily providing nonwoven fabric having bulky and flexible feeling by heat processing, by coating a specific core part of parallel conjugated structure consisting of two kinds of polypropylene polymers with a sheath part consisting of a polyethylenic polymer. CONSTITUTION:First, two kinds of polypropylene polymers are individually used as two core components, a polyethylenic polymer having a melting point >=20 deg.C lower than the lower melting point of the melting points of the two kinds of core component polymers and conjugated spinning is carried out. Then the prepared undrawn conjugated yarn having a structure wherein core parts 1a and 1b which have a parallel conjugated structure consisting of two kinds of core components, 1:2-2:1 conjugation ratio of the structure, >=6 Q value (Q=weight-average mol.wt./number-average mol.wt.) of one core component and <=5 Q value of the other are coated with 22-55wt.% based on sum of sheath part and core parts of a sheath part 2 is drawn at normal temperature - 130 deg.C at 1.3-9 times total draw ratio to give the aimed yarn.
